The will of Francis Willis jnr.

Francis Willis, the eldest son of Dr Francis Willis, left everything he had (which may not have been very much) to his brother John.

This is the last Will and Testament of me Francis Willis of Greatford in County of Lincoln Esquire made this second day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eight in manner following that is to say I give and bequeath all and singular my estate and interest annual payment of sixty pounds of lawful money and all and every the power which I have of disposing of the same issuing and payable out of and from all and every the lands grounds and Estates of my late Father Dr. Francis Willis deceased in Shillingthorpe in the said County unto my brother John Willis of Greatford aforesaid Doctor in Physic his heirs and assigns for his own use and benefit In Witness whereof I the said testator Francis Willis have to this my last Will and Testament wrote my name and a fixed my Seal the day and year above-mentioned in the presence of these credible Witnesses – Francis Willis – Signed Sealed Delivered Published and Declared by the said testator Francis Willis as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request have subscribed our names as Witnesses hereto - J. On the 18th May 1832 Admon (with the Will annexed) of the Goods Chattels and Credits of Francis Willis late of Greatford in the County of Lincoln Esq. Bachelor deceased was granted to John Willis Esq. Doctor of physic the natural and the lawful brother and one of the next of kin of the said deceased having been first sworn by ? duly to administer ? ? As Residuary Legatee
